PARADE ENTRANCE FEES
Community Group
Groups that are not formally incorporated or formed, such as meetup groups. For community groups, fees are ‘pay what you can’ with recommended amounts below. No fee is required for community groups to participate.
Walking (up to 25 people) – $50
Walking (25-100 people) – $100
Vehicle or Float (up to 100 people) – $120
PARADE ENTRANCE FEES
Non-Profits & Charities
Organizations that are registered charities or have incorporated non-profit status.
Small (0-15 Paid Employees)
Walking (up to 25 people) – $100
Walking with the Option to Bring a Vehicle or Float (25-100 people) – $150
Medium (15-50 Paid Employees)
Walking (up to 25 people) – $150
Walking with the Option to Bring a Vehicle or Float (25-100 people) – $250
Large (50+ Paid Employees)
Walking (up to 25 people) – $300
Walking with the Option to Bring a Vehicle or Float (25-100 people) – $500

Unions of any size (including schools) or Public service organizations of any size.

Any business that is registered as a sole proprietor, corporation or partnership.
