This year's parade will be held on Sunday, September 6th, 2026. The applications will be reviewed by a jury consisting of folks who represent the intersectional 2SLGBTQ+ community.

PARADE ENTRANCE FEES
Community Group
Groups that are not formally incorporated or formed, such as meetup groups. If funding presents as an issue for a community group’s participation, please reach out to eventscoord@calgarypride.ca.
Walking (up to 25 people) – $50
Walking (25-100 people) – $100
Vehicle or Float (up to 100 people) – $120
PARADE ENTRANCE FEES
Non-Profits & Charities
Organizations that are registered charities or have incorporated non-profit status.
Small (0-15 Paid Employees)
Walking (up to 25 people) – $100
Walking with the Option to Bring a Vehicle or Float (25-100 people) – $150
Medium (15-50 Paid Employees)
Walking (up to 25 people) – $150
Walking with the Option to Bring a Vehicle or Float (25-100 people) – $250
Large (50+ Paid Employees)
Walking (up to 25 people) – $300
Walking with the Option to Bring a Vehicle or Float (25-100 people) – $500

Unions of any size (including schools) or Public service organizations of any size.

Any business that is registered as a sole proprietor, corporation or partnership.

Walking with the Option to Bring a Vehicle or Float (25-100 people) – $850
