The 2025 Calgary Pride Festival
This year's festival will be held on August 30th and 31st, 2025 at Prince's Island Park. We are currently seeking applications from vendors for the marketplace and food trucks for the food alley. Saturday, August 30th will be Calgary Pride's third annual exciting 18+ kick-off night. On Sunday, August 31st, a family friendly all ages festival will begin after the parade concludes.

VENDOR ENTRANCE FEES
Community Groups
Groups that are not formally incorporated or formed, such as meetup groups.
With your fee, Calgary Pride provides access to a 10ft x 10ft tent. We do not supply tables or chairs with this fee. If tables and chairs are needed, Calgary Pride must be notified in advance and there is an associated $75 fee.

VENDOR ENTRANCE FEES
Artisans
Individuals selling their own handcrafted & local goods. If incorporated as a business, may have no more than 3 employees.
With your fee, Calgary Pride provides access to a 10ft x 10ft tent. We do not supply tables or chairs with this fee. If tables and chairs are needed, Calgary Pride must be notified in advance and there is an associated $75 fee.

VENDOR ENTRANCE FEES
Food Trucks & Vendors
Vendor space for food trucks is determined by Calgary Pride and will be assigned. Business must be conducted within the contracted space. Distribution of literature, food, and beverage is prohibited outside of the Vendor’s contracted space. Pride reserves the right to set the time of the Festival and change if needed. Food Truck Vendors must have a valid food and beverage license to operate at the Festival.
Please note: Princess Island Park DOES NOT allows generators on site.
Small Vendor (Vendor that fits into a 5x10ft space without a vehicle or trailer unit)
