The 2024 Calgary Pride Festival
This year's festival will be held on August 31st and September 1st, 2024 at Prince's Island Park. We are currently seeking applications from vendors for the marketplace and food trucks. Saturday, August 31st will be Calgary Pride's Kick-Off event as we are shifting to a two-day festival format. On Sunday, September 1, the festival will begin after the parade concludes.

VENDOR ENTRANCE FEES
Community Groups
Groups that are not formally incorporated or formed, such as meetup groups.
With your fee, Calgary Pride provides access to a shared tent. We do not supply tables or chairs with this fee. If tables and chairs are needed, Calgary Pride must be notified in advance and there is an associated $50 fee.
Saturday, August 31 – $200
Sunday, September 1 – $200
Both days – $360 (10% discount)
VENDOR ENTRANCE FEES
Artisans
Individuals selling their own handcrafted & local goods. If incorporated as a business, may have no more than 3 employees.
With your fee, Calgary Pride provides access to a shared tent. We do not supply tables or chairs with this fee. If tables and chairs are needed, Calgary Pride must be notified in advance and there is an associated $50 fee.

Organizations that are registered charities or have incorporated non-profit status.

Small (Revenue of <$1 Million in previous fiscal year)

Medium (Revenue of $1-3 Million in previous fiscal year)

VENDOR ENTRANCE FEES
Food Trucks & Vendors
Vendor space for food trucks is determined by Calgary Pride and will assigned. Business must be conducted within the contracted space. Distribution of literature, food, and beverage is prohibited outside of the Vendor’s contracted space. Pride reserves the right to set the time of the Festival and change if needed. Food Truck Vendors must have a valid food and beverage license to operate at the Festival.
Please note: Princess Island Park NO LONGER allows generators on site.
Power to all vendors, artisans, marketplace booth holders will be supplied by Calgary Pride for an additional fee of $200 a day. We are required by the City of Calgary to use power grid and electrical services through a city contract to maintain structural integrity of the site.
Small Vendor (Vendor that fits into a 5x10ft space without a vehicle or trailer unit)
- Saturday, August 31 – $850

Large Vendor (Over 10 ft in length and/or include a vehicle or trailer unit)
