The Calgary Pride Festival will be held at Prince’s Island Park on September 5th and 6th, 2026. Calgary Pride will also be hosting events throughout Calgary Pride Week – August 31st to September 6th. For 2026, we are excited to spotlight local performers from our intersectional 2SLGBTQIA+ community through our Red, Orange, and Yellow performance threads. We welcome applications from artists across many mediums, including drag performers, DJs, singers, bands, dancers, circus artists, burlesque performers, and more.

What Are Calgary Pride Week Threads?
For 2026, Calgary Pride Week will be shaped by themed threads that help community members explore the many ways Pride comes to life — through celebration, ceremony, art, connection, fundraising, and advocacy.
