This year, Calgary Pride is focused on supporting the community garden made of 2SLGBTQ+ organizations in the city and surrounding area. Our garden is made of artists, healthcare workers, business-owners, law makers, and everything in between; the uniting factor is the desire for everyone to learn and grow. Together, we will flourish while staying true to our roots and centering the joys and struggles facing the Calgary community.

The centerpiece of Calgary’s Pride festivities, the Calgary Pride Parade is an energetic celebration of love, acceptance, and inclusion! Snag a spot to see floral floats, music, dancers, and plenty of colour in this bursting display of unity.
This year we are recognizing the incredible local organizations that sew the seeds of inclusion and change in Calgary and surrounding areas. Together, we will flourish while staying true to our roots: centering the joys and struggles facing the Calgary community.

Apply to be a part of the largest 2SLGBTQ+ celebration in Alberta! Community groups, nonprofits, charities, unions, and businesses are all invited to apply to bring the party to our 35th annual Pride Parade!
This year’s theme is Bursting into Bloom, so remember to bring your most colourful florals and your most energetic moves to this year’s parade.
Applications will be reviewed by an intersectional 2SLGBTQ+ jury to ensure each applicant’s alignment with the values of Calgary Pride.
Volunteer Applications

Support the 2SLGBTQ+ community and contribute to hosting the 4th largest Pride celebration in Canada!
Build community connections, make a positive difference, and bring the fun by volunteering with Calgary Pride.
Calgary Pride is looking for volunteers who are excited to work with the advocate for the 2SLGBTQ+ community while supporting our programming!
