It will kick off on Canada Day with live music\, hoop dancing\, and tons of other performers from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will continue with free events and live music from July 8 to July 16 for Stampede. Starting on July 17\, you can enjoy free events in Tomkins Park five days a week including live music\, outdoor fitness classes\, DJ and drag shows\, outdoor movies and more. DESCRIPTION:FINALLY! We are thrilled to bring you an in-person Love is Love Mile in 2022. This race takes places on closed downtown city streets on the parade route before the Pride Parade begins. Like all Run Calgary events\, this is an inclusive event and everyone is welcome. \n2022 Registration is now OPEN! \nOVERVIEW\nThe idea for the Love is Love Mile goes back a few years and while it was never meant to be a virtual event\, Run Calgary and Calgary Pride didn’t want to wait to bring more love to this wonderful city so we launched it in 2020 to help celebrate the 30th anniversary of Calgary Pride.
